At MMD Hospital Shirur, we encountered a fascinating case of a COMPLEX Arterio-Venous Malformation in the left temporal region of a 21-year-old female from an underprivileged background. On 1st August, we successfully performed the operation with "Complete vascular control with complete excision and advancement flap reconstruction." The surgical team, including Dr. Ravi Jadhav (Anaesthesiologist) and our skilled assistants Sr. Reshma and Sr. Vimal, worked diligently at our Manikchand Hospital, Shirur. Remarkably, the procedure involved minimal blood loss, approximately 10 ml, and we achieved excellent advancement flap reconstruction of the defect. With zero complications, the patient was discharged home on the 2nd post-op day, resulting in a happy outcome.
